Delivery Information

Collection Information:

  • We prefer in-store collection.
  • Our regular shop hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Weekend collections can be scheduled by making a phone appointment.
  • Special Hours: During the Bonfire season and on New Year's Eve, we're open from 8 AM to 6 PM, including weekends.

Local Delivery:

  • Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over £100 within a 10-mile radius of BS48 3JQ.
  • Deliveries outside of this zone are charged at £1 per mile.
  • Please note: Delivery is not available from 1st to 5th November.

Party Items:

  • Shipped via courier with a "Best Endeavours" policy.
  • We cannot always guarantee next-day delivery due to various circumstances. If your order is time-sensitive, please inform us, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
  • Delivery starts at £3.00. The next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.

General Delivery Information:

  • We'll ship available stock of standard items.
  • While we aim to be accurate with our delivery estimates, they are approximate. We're not liable for unforeseen delays.
  • In case an item is out of stock, we'll contact you before shipping the remaining items.
  • For next-day shipping, please place your orders by 12 PM. If you've missed the cutoff, give us a call. We might still be able to ship your order the same day.
