Collection & Delivery
Collection is preferred, our shop operates between Monday to Friday 9-5, weekend appointments can be made via phone
Except Bonfire season and NYE we are open 8-6 including weekends.
Free Delivery for orders over £100 within a 10-mile radius of BS48 3JQ. Deliveries outside of this are charged at £1 a mile. (Not available between 1-5th November)
Party Items are delivered via courier – We offer a “Best Endeavours” delivery service. We can never guarantee next day delivery, as couriers occasionally mis-route parcels, items may be out of stock, or we may be exceptionally busy. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Next working day excludes Saturday’s, Sunday’s and bank holidays.
Goods will be shipped where stock is available and the goods are standard items. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. If an item is out of stock we will contact you before sending other items.
To ensure your shipment is packed in time we state a cut off of 12pm for last orders for the next day, sometimes we can extend this so please call us with your order to see if we can get it shipped the same day for you
